DaBaJian Shan (also DaBaChien Shan) is a famous mountain in Taiwan.
Located deep in the mountains of the ShueiBa National Park in Hsinchu
County, this mountain is a favourite for many local hikers. This unique
looking mountain peak is very steep and is likely Taiwan's most easily
recognized peak.
This video was filmed over the course of three days in December 2002
by a number of hikers on the trip - by encouraging many people to film
a single event we gathered a variety of perspectives. This helped to
make a hiking trip more enjoyable to watch, as hiking is not exactly
a spectator sport. Attempts were made to show some of the scenery and
people along the way.
